You’ll Eat It and Like It is based on the food philosophy that my Mom established when I was growing up: Here’s some good food from scratch. I made it especially for you, cause you’re worth it. And if you don’t like it, then go make it yourself. :)
My Mom never bought bread, she’s always made it. The same went for cookies, cupcakes, muffins, rolls, pasta, you name it. The difference wasn’t only in the incredible taste, but how it made you feel. The consideration and care that was put into the process showed me how important our well-being was to her. And the absence of any additives, preservatives or chemicals not only made for baked goods that never weighed or slowed you down, it also made her hopes for a healthier way of life a reality.
I have the same hopes for my customers, and love to provide them with the amazing food that I was spoiled with. And thankfully, I’ve also inherited my Mother’s priceless Brooklyn attitude: if you don’t like it, the complaint department will be established tomorrow. (Get it?)
